Our wellness area is a mobile phone-free zone. Please turn off your mobile so that you can rest and recover properly.

Please let the spa team know beforehand if you have any special requests or any allergies or health problems. We want you to feel well taken care of and able to enjoy the treatments.

Upon arrival you will receive a wellness basket filled with fluffy extras. Please use the bathrobe, bath towels and terrycloth bath slippers when you go to the wellness area.

Decided that you no longer want to have the massage or beauty treatment? That's ok. If you cancel up to 7 hours before your appointment, there’s no charge. If you cancel later or just don't show up, we charge the full rate - also you show up late. Out of respect for the other guests, our team need to adhere to the respective treatment times so your time will simply be a little shorter. Thank you for your understanding.

We ask for a small deposit to secure your reservation. You are welcome to pay your hotel invoice with cash, or a debit or credit card. We accept the EC-Card, VISA, AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard for payment of your hotel bill.

The prices are listed according to the season and room category.
The new price list replaces all previous price lists. In the event of a mistake in the booking confirmation/quotation, the prices and conditions of the current price list will still apply. Subject to change without notice.

• Short stay supplement: For 1-2 nights - € 20 to € 25 per person per day

• 0 to 2 years: €15 per day
• 3 to 5 years: € 35 - € 45 per day
• 6 to 10 years: € 75 - € 85 per day
• 11 to 14 years : € 95 - € 110 per day

Late arrivals and early departures are subject to a charge in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) applicable to the hotelier - guest relationship.

In any case, we recommend that you take out cancellation and holiday insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. This can be easily booked here: www.europaeische.at (NEW: The Hotelstorno Plus or Hotelstorno Premium insurance policy covers the cost of one mountain rescue including helicopter rescue for the guest).

• Check-in and check-out Check-in from 3 pm | Check-out until 11 am | Please return your room card to reception. You are welcome to settle your bill the night before.
• Reception Our reception team is on duty from 7:30 am to 10 pm.
• Pets If you bring a pet you will be accommodated in our DAHUAM rooms, suites only on request. But please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pawsome treasure with you. No access for pets to the restaurant and wellness area. (Euro 15 supplement per day, without food);
• Smoking Only on the large terrace, in our conservatory by the hotel bar, and on your room terrace or balcony (each room has access).
• Night entrance After 11 pm you can use the night entrance with your room card.
• Children Baby monitors are incorporated into the room telephone | Children's playroom and teen lounge (not supervised by us)
• Bathrobes, bath and hand towels Bath and hand towels (also for the sauna and swimming pool) are in your wellness bag. Extra towels are available in the sauna areas.
• Table assignment Breakfast and dinner tables are reserved. At the gourmet buffet in the afternoon, you are free to choose a table in the lounge or in the restaurant. Please only choose tables that are not set. Please understand that we cannot accommodate all table requests.
• Gala menu Each week kicks off with a gala menu (Sundays). Please dress appropriately for this.
• Drinks Only breakfast drinks & soft drinks from the drinks dispensers in the afternoon are included. All other drinks will be added to your room bill. Please confirm by signing the receipt.
• Free parking in front of the hotel
• Umbrellas you can borrow or buy these from reception
• You can also order flowers at reception
• The latest regional newspapers are available at reception. We can also order any desired newspaper in advance.
• In summer we provide hiking equipment storage and in winter, ski storage. You can get the key at the reception.

SteudlTenn Theater Festival
From April to July, theatre performances, cabarets and concerts take place right next to our hotel in a converted "Tenne" (barn). More at: www.steudltenn.com

Gauder Fest in Zell am Ziller in May
The Gauder Fest always takes place on the second weekend in May and is the largest spring and traditional costume festival in Austria. Zell am Ziller is only 12 km away from Uderns.

Concerts in summer
From June to September: there’s a concert by the Bundesmusikkapelle Uderns band every Wednesday evening at the Fügen festival hall.

Tyrolean traditions
From June to the beginning of October: Every Thursday evening there’s a Tyrolean evening in the Festhalle Fügen festival hall (with ticket only!)

Almabtrieb in September
There is a celebration when the animals return from the alpine pasture. The cows are beautifully decorated and we celebrate this in Uderns with music and culinary delights.
